David Hopkins is a 29-year classroom veteran. He holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Education and an Education Specialist in Educational Technology. In addition, he is A+ and Network+ certified, two computer industry recognized technician certifications. He is a Master Teacher for PLTW's Computer Science Principles and Cybersecurity, meaning that he trains other teachers how to teach the program to students.
He has taught at BTEC since 2017.
