Congratulations to these Boonville FFA members for their accomplishments related to their supervised agricultural experience programs (SAE). They were recognized during the 3rd general session for state proficiencies awards.
Boonville FFA was well-represented; eight students were recognized with three being named the state winner, one recognized as 2nd place in state, and four recognized as area winners. Mikayla Gramlich, area winner in Sheep Production; Daylynn Baker, area winner in Swine Production-Entrepreneurship; Aidan Meyer, state winner in Ag Mech Repair and Maintenance Placement; Allen Haslag, area winner in Ag Sales Entrepreneurship; Jason Waller, area winner in Beef Production Entrepreneurship; Austin Schuster, state winner in Vegetable Production; Nash McKenzie, 2nd place in state in Landscape Management; Marina Firman, state winner in Agriscience Research Animal Systems. The state winners will now complete the national application for a chance to be a national proficiency finalist.
